SOC Manager
Minneapolis – St Paul, MN HQ
This SOC Manager will have the opportunity to come in and assess, mold, transform and improve where need be within this division. We are looking for this resource to review and tweak where makes sense – a repeatable ( rinse and repeat ) process for coordination, communication and action items as alerts and incidents arise.

- Prefer someone within driving distance to Twin Cities, MN
- Remote role – travel to client sites and/or HQ for various meetings from time to time
- Would like to stick to Midwest if out of state ( ND, SD, IA, IL, WI )
- $60.00 - $77.00 / hour pay range DOQ

- Proven SOC Manager
- Proven ability to contribute to enterprise change, transformation, modernization!
- A Change advocate and team player mentality!
- Experience working with externally facing customers or within a MSP environment!
- Expertise in security operations, incident response, security monitoring, and security technologies
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM and / or GIAC
- ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners
- Crowdstrike or Falcon Overwatch
- MITRE and Telecommunication&CK exposure / experience is highly desirable
- Security Operations expertise
- SOC 2 Compliance understanding ( both internally and externally to customers )
