About Us: Lucia Landscaping - located in Roseville, MI - is a Top 100 Snow Contractor in the US and we need your help! We are now hiring for the following positions:

Job Requirements and Pay Rates:

• Front End Loaders, SDLG, Case, & Bobcat Operators ($25/hr - $32/hr): minimum 3+ years commercial operator experience.
• Plow & Salter Drivers ($22/hr - $29/hr): minimum 2+ years experience; driver's license required; chauffeur/CDL preferred.
• Snow Blower Operators, Shoveling Sidewalk Crew, and Walk-Behind Salting Spreaders($20-$24/hr): no experience necessary; driver's license preferred, but not required.

Our snow removal team is expected to:

• Be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Availability/endurance to work extended periods of time (length of shifts vary on snow storm).
• Work in variable conditions, such as extreme cold, snow, sleet, and darkness.
• Be hard working, professional, and dependable individuals
• Maintain a positive and contagious attitude at all times.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
