Pafe Plants is a direct to consumer online houseplant retailer that is unique with our patent-pending live inventory feature that solves the biggest pain point of online plant shopping. Pafe Plants is also affiliated with Dahing Plants, an online plant shop that deliveries to the NYC region.

Pafe is a brand in its early stages stemming from a family business so there is big potential growth for the business and that means there are big opportunities for anyone that joins Pafe. It is a very casual environment in a greenhouse (close to nature) with a small team and non-corporate vibes.

Summary of role:

You will be handling all aspects of Pafe Plants' and Dahing Plants' digital marketing such as:

• Creating, tweaking, and constantly monitoring full funnel marketing campaigns to attract new leads and make paid ads sales that brings in a healthy amount of revenue increase.
• Regularly updating social media accounts with lifestyle content and sales content to build a community, attract new leads, and make organic sales.
• Creating and putting together social media content.
• Regularly creating and sending Email and SMS campaigns with content provided

This should give you a sense of what you’ll generally be doing in this greenhouse.

[Skills required] You are a good fit if you:

• Know how to operate on meta ads, google ads, email and SMS hosts, amongst other social media channel ads.
• Know how to manage PPC budget on google ads
• Know how to figure out what audience should be targeted on meta ads for a brand.
• Know about consumer behaviors in the east coast.
• Are outgoing and don't mind being on camera.
• Have knowledge of full funnel marketing concepts and is able to develop a full digital marketing strategy.
• Have prior marketing experience, know how to persuade
• Are well spoken- you need to be good with your words for description writing, promotion writing, just someone that naturally love to write.
• If you are reading closely, include the word Monstera in your cover letter or resume
• Know how to create content that social media likes. It doesn't have to be production level but you need to at least understand the basics like keeping noise down, having everything straight, keep the lighting optimal..etc
• Know how to operate simple content editing apps like canva, inshot, affinity photos. You don't need to be a grandmaster in professional apps like photoshop.
• Know how to digest, organize, and apply information during execution. Basically you make sure to get the material straight before doing anything.
• Pay attention to detail

Pay range: $15-$28, paid time off, additional benefits open to discussion after probation.

*There is a probation period of 6 months or when you hit the targeted revenue gain.

Hours: 8AM-4PM, M-F- full timers only.

Pay: $18.00 - $33.00 per hour
