Reporting to the Store Manager, the Skincare Specialist at the Guerlain Flagship Store in Brussels has the responsibility to be the expert in the beauty of SPA treatments in the new Guerlain Facialist Suite.

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

• carrying out skincare procedures, providing a service that exceeds the client's expectations;
• conducting a deep diagnosis of the skin in the selection of procedures and skincare products;
• strict observance of the necessary stages of preparation of the beauty cabin, protocols of procedures, services;
• attracting customers and keeping records, achieving sales goals on the 3 axes;
• participating in different events around the skincare axis such as masterclasses;
• participating in trainings and seminars aimed at studying new cosmetic procedures and cosmetics;
• conducting mini-trainings for consultants on the use and composition, technique of applying skincare products and individual selection.

OUR EXPECTATIONS REGARDING YOUR BUSINESS QUALITIES:

• mandatory medical education or a diploma of a cosmetologist;
• experience in the beauty industry from 3 years or more;
• excellent knowledge of facial massage techniques;
• knowledge of sales techniques;
• personal qualities: tactfulness, accuracy, empathy, developed presentation skills, curious, open minded, strong positive mindset, motivated & detail oriented;
• language skills: fluent French, good level in Dutch & English is a plus.
