Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the transportation of office staff from parking site to clinic site in a safe, secure, and professional manner.
• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs including, but not limited to, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs; building related repairs including unplugging drains, toilets, and sinks; carpet and upholstery cleaning; landscape supervision and other similar duties.
• Repair and maintain existing carpentry work.
• Move furniture and office equipment as necessary.
• Assist with package and mail delivery, trash, and recycling removal.

• Basic knowledge of janitorial, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.
• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Certification/Licensure: Valid South Carolina State driver’s license without restrictions.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance required at hire and semi-annually thereafter.
• Must have no more than one (1) moving traffic violation for the preceding two years.
