Job description

We source and produce the highest quality products from nature to help one have an improved quality of life. We have a personal relationship with our suppliers and our own manufacturing facility to help ensure quality control and product integrity. Our shipping technicians are an essential piece to our operations.

This position is 35-40 hours a week plus a Saturday once a month.

Please note that there isn't any forklift operations for this position. This is just a pick and pack position.

Shipping duties include but are not limited to:

• Understanding and using our ecommerce programs correctly to print invoices and labels.
• Correctly pull and package 150 orders a day.
• Restocking inventory when needed.
• Communicating with our customer service team throughout the day.
• Dropping off boxes at the UPS stores down the road if need be (employees are compensated for doing so, and this only happens if UPS doesn't show up for their scheduled pick-ups).
• Following a daily cleaning schedule.

This position is ideal for those who are used to working both independently and in a team. Candidates will need reliable transportation in case they have to drop off boxes at the UPS store at the end of the day. Our company is growing, so we are looking for outgoing and communicative problem solvers who can keep up with the increase in business.

Physical requirements: Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. Capable of frequently lifting 50+ lbs and stacking. Use of hands and arms to fill packages.
