Supervise and oversee daily value stream operations and its employees.

What You'll Do Here:
Scheduling production activity- Coordinating training needs for department
- Monitoring work flow
- Quality assurance and cost control
- Motivating employees
- Working through personnel issues
- Ensuring safe work practices
The Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in production management/operations management, engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years experience in seasonal, fast-paced, or process oriented environment. Previous people management experience required.
- Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
- Strong decision making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, team oriented work environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office
