As a Shift Leader…
You support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and are responsible to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to coach and guide others. Key responsibilities:
- Guest satisfaction and safety
- Communicate openly and honestly with the Management team
- Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- Shift duties/responsibilities are executed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
- Ensure teammates and customer are living MÁS with a smile
