As a Shift Manager, you will support the management team in all aspects of service quality, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during the assigned shift.

As a Boombozz Shift Manager, you must be able to perform various duties. These include:

• Cost Control
• Inventory Control
• Labor Control
• Cash Control
• Direct daily operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
• Motivates and coaches team members and assists in the training of new team members
• Work as a team player giving all team members the same amount of respect and discipline
• Holding employees to policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service ensuring all guests experience amazing food and great customer service
• Must have flexible availability for scheduling

PAY RATE NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality field

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $18-$20 per hour
