Schedule: Monday - Fridays, rotating Saturdays.

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $22.00/hr Depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Assist with the fabrication of sheet metal components using specialized tools and equipment.
• Measure and cut sheet metal to specified dimensions.
• Assist with the installation of sheet metal components on HVAC systems.
• Learn how to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of math and geometry
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
