Purpose:

The Passenger Service Agent provides assistance and customer service related to the ticket counter, "gate" and baggage areas and serving the airlines they are serving.

Skills and Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma completed.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
• Customer service oriented.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Oral and written).
• Ability to lift, pull and/or move heavy objects of 70lbs or more.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and stand steadily for extended periods of time.
• Skills to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Management of computers and tablets.

Availability: Sunday to Saturday (rotating hours / holidays)

Destrezas y Requisitos:

• Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad.
• Diploma de escuela superior completado.
• Licencia de conducir vigente de Puerto Rico.
• Orientado al servicio al cliente.
• Fluidez en el idioma Español e Inglés (Oral y escrito).
• Capacidad para levantar, halar y/o mover objetos pesados de 70lbs o más.
• Capacidad para subir, doblarse, arrodillarse y estar de pie de forma constante por extensos periodos de tiempo.
• Destrezas para manejar información confidencial.
• Excelente habilidades de comunicación.
• Manejo de computadoras y tablets.

Disponibilidad : Domingo a Sábado ( horario rotativos/ dias feriados)
