Job description

Pellegrino Auto Group is looking for a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator at our Chrysler Jeep dealership in Woodbury Heights, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and schedule incoming service appointments via phone and email
  • Manage Status Calls for vehicles in service each day
  • Check vehicle service history and look for open recalls
  • Advise customers of recommended services
  • Update client's information continuously
  • Conduct outbound missed appointment calls for rescheduling

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer relations and telephone handling is preferred, previous call center experience is helpful
  • Previous automotive experience a strong plus
  • Must be responsible, organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, must have basic skills with computer and other office equipment (fax, copier, multi-line telephone)
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License
  • Automotive Service Center Experience Preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; friendly and enthusiastic personality to develop relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Must have a strong work-ethic, be reliable, and be able to work in a team environment
