What you will do

As part of the Global Center of Expertise (COE) Source to Contract team, will collaborate and support Global Sourcing and Procurement (GS&P) Category Management and business partners and projects. Will be recognized as someone who drives processes, delivers on execution and develops positive and collaborative relationships within the organization.

Key responsibilities include operationalizing the plan, executing and closing of sourcing events through to contract. You will learn, drive, reassess, and implement sourcing and contracting processes for goods and services not for resale and demonstrate your knowledge through recommendations of event types and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to craft, implement, and drive adoption of processes and technology.
• Review and recommend RFx requirement questions, event type and sourcing tool to Category Management.
• Provide analysis on supplier financial viability based on financial statements, ratios.
• Review and evaluate overall supplier business strengths and weaknesses in meeting TJX’s overall supply needs.

  Lead Tactical sourcing initiative and coordinate successful delivery of sourcing events (non complex / low risk) supported by help desk team.
• Work with partners inside and outside of GS&P to resolve operational challenges.
• Drive TJX standard methodology with 3rd party through consistent collaboration, communication, training, and attendance of operational calls.
• Supervise outsourced 3rd party in the delivery of tender events including creation, execution, training of bidders, monitoring and evaluation / analysis of sourcing for standard events.

• 
  Coordinate and lead all aspects of workload assigned to the Supplier Helpdesk, which includes loading contracts, running reports, on-boarding RFQ only vendors into sourcing and/or contracting applications with timely and accurate data, tail spend management support, and any other administrative tasks.
• Complete RFx event closing and audit of required documents.
• Perform analysis and scoring of supplier responses.

• 
  Maintain contract repository and support internal business partners.
• Supervise, analyze, and report on activity for use in team dashboard and planning.
• Perform UAT testing for sourcing and contract modules in support of upgrades and improvements.
• Opportunities for additional responsibilities and exposure to other functions.

What you will need

• 4 years or more of work experience in sourcing, supply management, business, finance, other related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Organizational change and or process improvement experience
• Proven Microsoft Suite experience
• Strong support for and ability to manage internal and external business partner activities, along with time management
• Project Planning, demonstrated communications skills

Position requires working one day in the Massachusetts Corporate office and 4 days remote.
