Accountable for working with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the elicitation, analysis, representation, coordination, validation for various efforts involving cross-functional teams related to network design activities. Responsible for crafting the detail level requirements (Business, User, System Functional and Non-Functional) and help develop processes and drive various tasks. Responsible for ensuring alignment between partnering teams and creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems and solutions for the same.

Summary:
As a Project Coordinator, you will dig deep into the business to help define the details of how to drive business results. In this role, you will work on a multi-functional team of engineers and partner with the different business partners in the organization such as Customer Success Team, Engineering Teams, Network Teams, Field Point of Contacts, vendors, etc. with a focus on customer service. Service providers experience is a huge advantage.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects
• Interface and partner with other functional teams and organizations
• Work with service providers to order, provision and disconnect service providers services (Internet circuits) for remote locations
• Participate, coordinate, and help develop/ improve process maps for a variety of tasks to bridge gaps between the business partner teams.
• Report project schedule, status, other related information periodically while managing project objectives, goals, risk, schedule, etc.
• Assist with task-based work items in the needed tool sets to drive visibility, communication, change management, coordination, and prioritization among the various teams.
• Ability to use product management principles to optimally complete and advance work as needed
• Coordinate installation and testing of service providers services (Internet circuits) with remote locations, network operations and third-party contractors
• Coordinate installation of managed network infrastructure with remote locations, network operations and third-party contractors
• Provide periodic status reports and assist with escalations/ roadblock resolutions.

As part of the Network team, we work on setting up and managing the network for our Field offices. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can drive those efforts and work on the various Field projects.
