Dynamis is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Specialist to provide contract support to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Responsbilities:
Leads and advises process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Key responsibilities include: Providing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, and providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in general program/project management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified in Program/Project Management (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) Level II and above).
- Experience working with TSA or any other Federal agency desired.
