About Us:
Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. We have 11 locations throughout Northern Minnesota. Our sites include Alexandria, Baxter, Cloquet, Detroit Lakes, Duluth, Grand Rapids, Little Falls, Mountain Iron, and Park Rapids. Each site has 8-16 residents per home. Included is our sister site Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living located in Duluth, MN. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus!
Diamond Willow is hiring for a Marketing Director. This individual will develop and implement a marketing plan for all facilities and brands across Diamond Willow Assisted Living locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for processes and results for increasing our census, will be naturally ambitious with a high energy level, and an enthusiastic personality.
Job Overview:
Responsible for the execution of measurable strategic marketing campaigns for each major facility and Diamond Willow as a whole. Develops and oversees the execution of the brand strategy for our 11 Diamond locations. Implements plans that are dynamic, and that are adjusted based on ongoing analysis, metrics, and the needs of the business, including ROI, and other measures. Accountable for tracking innovation in marketing trends and recommending new strategies that are appropriate. Collaborates with Executive Directors, RN Directors, and management team to identify marketing needs.
Job Duties:
Develop, promote, and maintain key relationships that refer residents to our communities.
Coordinate and track all leasing trends (referral activity, preleasing/reservations, move-ins, move-outs) in each facility to improve efficiencies, identify trends and allocate time and investment to appropriate leasing strategies.
Participate in relevant events, associations, and professional networks
Maintain local market intelligence including competitor information
Meet with members of community organizations, prepare marketing materials and favors for community tours and marketing events
Comply with regulations as they apply to Assisted Living facilities and participate in the safety team and other committees as requested
Manage community newsletters
Offer flexibility within the role along with the ability to work varied hours which may include evenings and weekends
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must be willing to travel which includes overnight travel to all Diamond Willow locations.
Qualifications:
A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field, real-life experience is also considered
Experience in senior living or senior care business development, marketing, public relations, and/or admissions
Outstanding skills in relationship management, communication, organization, and problem-solving
Strong sales background preferred
Proficient in Media, social media, and other marketing platforms
Proficient in Excel a MUST
A strong analytical mindset is a MUST
