You will analyze, develop, design, and implement learning solutions to improve employee performance and engagement. You will utilize a variety of methodologies and platforms to meet learner needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consults with key stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels to identify learning needs and objectives
- Applies proven instructional design theories, practices, and methods
- Creates programs and content to support the talent management life cycle
- Designs diverse ways to deliver and deploy learning content
- Develops and reports on metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and makes recommendations for future changes to learning content
- Designs presentations, learner’s guides, instructional guides, handouts, and video recordings for self-directed online, virtual, and in-person training
- Reviews existing learning content and materials and offers recommendations for continuous improvement
- Updates training materials in response to program changes or based on results of needs analysis
- Tests new learning solutions with key stakeholders and incorporates learning feedback before the launch
- Administers Learning Management System (LMS)

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of instructional design, development, and evaluation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to convert knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of instructional design, eLearning experiences, and learning technology deployment into actionable recommendations for curricula and courses
- Proven ability to translate learning concepts into laymen’s terms for consultative buy-in across HR and business lines
- Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, advanced PowerPoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience and exposure to other MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and the use of hybrid learning concepts to create effective and impactful training
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Expertise in training needs analysis and the effective design of learning content to meet identified learning gaps
- Strong project management skills
