Role Title: Senior Intake Analyst
Education: High School minimum, Bachelor Degree preferred
As a Senior Intake Analyst in the Discovery and Disclosure group, in the role of a Senior Intake Analyst, you will assist a federal agency with conducting quality assurance processes and procedures including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

As a Senior Intake Analyst in the Discovery and Disclosure group, in the role of a Senior Intake Analyst, you will assist a federal agency with conducting quality assurance processes and procedures including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Utilize the PA/FOIA processing system to complete all tasks necessary to verify the complete submission of PA/FOIA requests and responsive records;
- Will verify if requests submitted are complete, exempt, and route them appropriately;
- Will oversee and quality control data quality processing by Junior Intake analysts;
- Oversee and report on progress metrics;
- Provide training and feedback to Junior Intake analysts;
- Work independently and be accustomed to effectively and efficiently working at a high-performance level with minimal input from program leadership;
- Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
- Work as part of a team and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
- Use professional oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience/familiarity with following FOIA and PA tools:
o Adobe Pro
o FOIAXpress
o FOIAonline
o Relativity
- Experience using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications:
o Excel
o Outlook
o PowerPoint
o SharePoint
o Word
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust tier IV – high risk background investigation security clearance for this role
Preferred:
- One (1) year of previous work experience
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Experience processing FOIA/PA requests or litigation-related document review requests either at the federal service or equivalent public or private sector
- Familiar with the nine (9) FOIA exemptions and the nine (9) PA exemptions.
