Job Overview (What You’ll Do):
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working with the Creative team to produce designs for all our channels. This will include work for our digital ads, emails, mailers, and more. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated and creative, who is proficient in design software and can help us push and refine our style, and who can execute graphics and coordinate production at a high level.
Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):
- Ideate seasonal graphics concepts in collaboration with the Art Director.
- Design campaigns spanning digital ads, emails, and print.
- Prepare motion graphics and GIFs for digital advertisements.
- Create mailers, catalogs, and other print collateral.
Job Deliverables (What You’ll Achieve):
- Creation of graphics for our Fall 2023 line, including a catalog.
- Holiday ideation for a stylized studio shoot.
- Deliverables for the Back-to-School campaign.
The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):
- You have an Undergraduate Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You have 5-7 years of design experience.
- You ideally have experience working for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce business.
- You know print and web design principles.
- You are proficient in relevant software: Adobe CC, Figma.
- You can execute concepts quickly and at a very high level.
- You can communicate effectively and persuasively in order to pitch your work.
- You are a builder who can help us develop stronger processes and design strategies.
- You are positive and able to collaborate well with stakeholders from across the company to produce quality results.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience creating motion graphics is a plus.
- Possessing strong writing skills is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $65-75k and will be based on the experience that you bring to the table.
