Having grown by 50% in the last year, we are now looking for a Senior Client Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in all areas of account management functions, responsibilities, and deliverables. This seasoned professional is responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of brand partner programs, forging client direct and agency relationships. The SCSM will communicate with client teams to help support the sellers with all aspects of the post-sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, comfort interfacing with internal and client stakeholders, and the ability to hit the ground running on day one. This individual will be focused on a key account in the Beauty/Luxury space, a deep and passionate understanding of the beauty vertical and an acute interest in beauty & wellness, with an eye for trends, leading brands, and products will be a huge benefit. While it's not an essential requirement for the role, we reckon that experience in beauty and luxury will be a valuable asset that could really work to your advantage.
Acting as a liaison between sellers, clients, and other departments, the SCSM will be the team’s go-to person to coordinate necessary meetings with all departments, providing team updates in weekly sales or other formal meetings, and ensure all campaigns and projects are on strategy,
on time, and on budget achieving all brand KPIs. The SCSM will also assist the Director of Client Services to ensure coverage on all accounts in the event of: category shifts, company turnover or peers’ time off.
The Senior Client Services Manager is a ‘people person’, excels at forging successful client relationships, and has the natural ability to organically grow business preemptively positioning client campaigns for renewal and identifying opportunities to upsell Kyra products and services.
Reporting to: Director of Client Services
Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 dependent on experience
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead onboarding for new clients alongside Sales and Production teams including kicking off campaigns internally and externally
- Be an extension of sales once campaign moves into post-sale, building strong relationships with clients across all brands
- Build client-facing status docs to keep track of all campaign details including: weekly agendas, meeting notes, timelines, social media calendars and production updates
- Bring contracts/SOW signatures over the line before production begins, liaising directly with Legal department
- Participate in brainstorms with sales team to create unique custom campaigns, providing planning support for idea execution
Lead the post-sale execution of brand partner programs including content creation, video and social content/distribution
- Partner with sellers to manage custom programs and make recommendations for optimizations
- Serve as the CSM lead when assigned by the Director
- Work closely with Paid Media team to ensure all client KPIs are met
- Work with internal Production, Talent, and other teams to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Liaise with clients and agencies on creative assets, approvals, reporting needs, and other requirements to achieve timely deliverables
- Track and report on the results of partner campaigns and programs
- Manage the distribution of client invoices and reports; assist finance team during billing and collection process
- Help sellers to manage pipeline and develop strategies for new category development through pre-sales prospecting
- Execute performance reports for all campaigns and make optimization recommendations
- Surface any client issues and make recommendations for solutions
- Identify opportunities for partner growth and optimization with advertising networks, products, and partnerships
- Interface directly with clients’ marketers, brand managers, and social media teams to assist in all aspects of client programs
- Leverage data insights from campaigns in order to tell a captivating success story resulting in upsells/renewals
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of digital advertising support experience
- College degree preferred
- Positive attitude with exceptional client-facing skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player that can easily adapt to working across different time zones
- Anticipating client needs; being proactive rather than reactive.
- Solutions-oriented self-starter with a strong understanding of digital advertising processes on both the buying and selling side
- Strong practical knowledge of advertising measurement tools, success metrics, and analytics utilization
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and campaign management
- Extensive knowledge of brands, trends & products in the Beauty category
