As a Senior Bottling Maintenance Supervisor for Gallo’s Bottling Maintenance operations team, you will have the opportunity to engage internal peers and external cross-functional partners to make improvements that shape production as well as improve maintenance and reliability processes. What You Will Do

• Lead a team of highly skilled Maintenance Mechanics in a high-speed production environment.
• Motivate and empower your team to perform to the best of their abilities and maximize production quality.
• Continuous Improvement
• Deployment of lean principles and tools
• Engage internal peers and external cross-functional partners to improve standard work processes and material handling methods
• Influence organization design and maintenance process improvement
• Technical Development
• Drives best practices across the maintenance organization
• Improves the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of production, operations or logistics experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• 2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Experience leading high performance work teams and providing motivation to achieve plan goals.
• Experience using a production work management system.
• Environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience managing Quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Required to work shifts as scheduled.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.
• Robotics or controls experience.
• Experience managing processes within the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $95,800 - $143,600
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
