About the Role


The Relationship Management Associate
will provide support and guidance on a range of investment strategies across the platform. The individual will coordinate engagements with new and existing partners including asset managers, banks, asset owners, corporates and other stakeholders. This individual will work closely with LMI’s investment teams to identify and implement strategies to deepen partner relationships and driving business growth. The individual will not be responsible for raising capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key investment partners, working to generate new business.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers and leadership, to identify and implement strategies for deepening client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize relationship events and build engagement plans.
  • Coordinate and drive content for CIO and leadership meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong network of contacts.
  • Complete additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the investment or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and investment partners.
  • Knowledge of investment products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and communicate concisely.
  • Aptitude for working independently as well as part of a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
