Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Process Improvement Analyst. The candidate must have experience with supporting customer(s) with all aspects of Program Management, Documentation updates, and process improvement. This role will provide Process Improvement support for multiple efforts in support of the Navy’s PEO Digital.

The ideal candidate must process an active DOD Secret Clearance and ITIL V4 Foundations Certification to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of ITSM practices
• Coordinates collaboration between Service, Process, and Functional owners on ITSM practices
• Responsible for multi-provider coordination (aka Supplier Management or Seams Management)
• Lead facilitator of Service Management Integration Activities (SMIA)
• Communicates program service management process and service status, requirements, risks, issues, and opportunities to the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) Director and leadership
• Facilitate weekly Service Owner touchpoint meetings
• Conducts monthly Practice Owner Drumbeat meetings to provide an open forum for discussion on practice area activities, issues, challenges, and opportunities
• Promotes ITIL, LSS, Agile, SAFe, and ServiceNow training to practice owners and program personnel
• Coordinates with senior leadership across multiple organizations to ensure support for services and practices
• Identifies and reviews appropriate metrics, controls, and reporting for practices
• Conduct annual Process Capability Assessments (PCAs) for each ITSM practice and provide findings to PEO Digital Leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management related Curriculum or Equivalent.
• Six (6) years of specific experience related to Process Improvement
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in interpreting requirements and driving towards execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced user in MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies

Salary: $125,000+ to align with education & experience
