Job Title: Senior Agency Management Analyst

Location: Ewing NJ 08618

Minimum 5 years of work experience in executive administrative support.

Knowledge of office scheduling management principles, procedures, and techniques and their adaptation.

Complete and track paperwork for signature and approval (travel, training and reports).

Familiarity with MS Teams and Office 365.

Ability to prepare statistical, financial, and other reports.

Ability to analyze problems and data and take or recommend action.

Ability to speak and write effectively. Including monthly reports, letters and presentations.

Ability to analyze, edit, review, and interpret complex technical material.

Ability to maintain effective work relationships with the public.

Ability to maintain records and files.

Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform duties.

Answer phone and direct calls.

Works independently.

Uses a variety of approaches utilized in research, analysis, implementation and training.

Knowledge of basic data collection techniques.

BA/BA Bus. Adm. or related curriculum

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
