Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking both full time and part time security officers.
Job Summary:
Safeguarding the lives and property of patients, visitors and Associates at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Security Officers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically while enforcing hospital policies and procedures.
Duties include:

Duties include:
- Performing regular patrols both on foot and with a hospital vehicle
- Working rotating assigned posts
- Parking enforcement
- Complete investigations and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Associates and visitors
- Perform traffic control and visitor control
- De-escalate and intervene in potential combative situations
- Assist with incoming helicopter landings
- Respond to emergency codes
- Operate the camera, access control and badging systems
- Attend staff meetings and complete trainings as assigned
- May perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License and must be eligible to be covered by the hospital insurance carrier. High School Diploma or equivalent. Current Guard Card
$17.09-$24.05. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
