MUST HAVE A VALID DC SECURITY LICENSE.

• Friday- Tuesday: 2pm-10pm.

We are looking for highly motivated & professional Security Officers to take the surveillance of the premises and protection of the buildings. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and deterring criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation and residential interaction skills. The goal is to help our client in maintaining a safe property by keeping them problem-free.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property to maintain order and establish presence
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the property
• Conducting parking enforcement on the exterior roadways.
• Submit incident reports of important occurrences

Skills

• Must have a valid DC Security License.
• Proven experience as a security officer
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with writing reports
• Surveillance and observation skills
• Able to use a Smart Phone
• High School diploma or GED is required

All applicants must:

1. Have a valid DC security license.

2. Willing to submit to a criminal background check.

3. Must be well groomed, "clean cut", and always professional.

4. Reliable transportation, working email and a "Smart Phone Style" cell phone are required.

5. We are a drug free workplace. Applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screening.

6. Must be available for all days and all shifts as need arises; including holidays and overtime. Must be available to stay post shift for extended time as need arises.

7. Must be able to meet physical requirements; Walking/Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Fluency in English is a must.
