Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Loading shirts onto the press and ensuring proper placement.
2. Inspecting any print irregularities.
3. Must have eyes for quality control to ensure prints meet customer standards.
4. Be precise and reach production goals.
5. Able to perform standard maintenance on the machine.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
7. Perform any other job-related duties requested by manager.

Required skills:

Must be detailed oriented, with a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.
Able to bend, twist, reach, and lift materials up to 40 pounds.
