Our team of expert BCBA’s and Behavior Technicians make a difference in the lives of every family we serve by incorporating a team approach and utilizing technology to make clinical tasks easier. We provide home-based services in Central New Jersey and we’re looking for candidates that want to be part of our team and give back to the communities they live in.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage Client and RBT Schedules within Central Reach
- Communicate with new hire candidates to manage availability
- Communicate with Clients actively to manage availability
- Complete and submit Weekly Scheduling KPI Report
- Oversee Authorizations tracking & report expirations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, OneNote, and computer literate
- Team player
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and follow up skills

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required)
