Job description
  • Answer telephone calls to schedule customer appointments for repairs.
  • Review technician’s schedules to ensure that appointments allow for adequate time to conduct repair service and travel to subsequent appointments.
  • Demonstrate competence with routing appointments geographically for technicians. This requires above average knowledge of the metropolitan Phoenix area including landmarks and grid composition of the valley and the ability to use Google Maps.
  • Coordinate with in-person staff to schedule repairs for completed parts orders.
  • Manage current jobs in the Smart Service Mobile Workforce to verify installation of parts and payment information, to ensure that completed jobs are closed within the database and that notes are transmitted to GMAIL, to follow up on outstanding parts that are needed to complete jobs, to update administrator on claims status for warranty jobs, to contact customers and provide updates on outstanding jobs that are more than one week old, and to obtain ETAs from parts distributors for back orders.
  • Act as a liaison between clientele and company to ensure excellent customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task using communications systems and data entry.
  • Provide professional and competent oral and written communications to clientele, parts vendors, and corporate constituents.
  • Position requires a highly motivated individual who works well in a results-driven environment.
  • Assist with facilitating exchange process for major manufacturers to include communicating timelines with the customer, receiving freight to warehouse, scheduling delivery and installation, and expediting scrap materials process as well as shipment back to manufacturer.
  • Ability to type 45 WPM or faster. Data entry is instrumental in processing work orders and follow up service requests.
  • Position requires daily lifting of equipment including but not limited to appliances, shipping supplies, packages, and mail up to 50 pounds.
  • Only applicants with documented outbound scheduling experience will be considered. This means that the applicant has experience scheduling appointments in which staff visit the customer at the home or property. Service industry scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Background check and NDA are required.
  • Salary is based upon relevant experience and skills assessment. If you do not take the three skills assessments, you will not be considered for the position.
