RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SAS Analyst in Boston, MA. In this role, the SAS Analyst develops Data Validation which ensure the integrity and quality of data.

Responsibilities:

• As a SAS Analyst, you will be responsible for the design and build of automated data validation in SAS
• Responsible for data profiling of large data sets in SAS (10m+ records)
• Responsible for building SAS Automated Reporting processes
• SAS Analyst will perform analysis and provide recommendations for modification or creation of data validations based on data profiling results
• Work on data transformation projects driven by IT and lines of business to ensure accuracy, consistency, availability of data across systems and business areas
• As a SAS Analyst, you will partner with development and business resources in all phases of Implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar field
• Between 5-10 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in Data Management
• Experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data validation, data manipulation, data analysis
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong competency in SAS (Both base SAS and Pro SQL)
• Awareness of project management approaches and techniques
• Interest in data management platforms and tools
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
