About the role

PKL Services Inc. is contracted to maintain and operate Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG and United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. PKL employees at this site are subject to a Union/Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) regarding employment terms and work rules.


The Squadron Aviation Resource Manager (SARM) Scheduler is responsible for providing oversight, office continuity, technical guidance, and expertise, interpret instructions and directives, and develop operating procedures, and generate revisions for all governing directives with respect to squadron scheduling.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Shall provide Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) support and operation of the Squadron Aviation Resource Management Section for the Customer.
  • Shall utilize Oracle Browser to build ad-hoc queries to retrieve data from ARMS as requested by leadership. Design ad-hoc queries to extract aircrew training and flying hour data from the Aviation Resource Management System.
  • Assist with maintaining the unit aircrew training program and the execution of daily flying operations.
  • Monitor daily flying schedule. Verify applicable mandatory aircrew pre-flight requirements.
  • Verify aircraft status with maintenance daily. Track unit flying hours.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly with outside agencies to verify accuracy and reconcile any errors.
  • Shall ensure accurate creation of the squadron daily flying/ground schedule, coordinate with applicable Wing agencies for changes made to the flying/ground schedule.
  • Act as liaison between aircrew and maintenance to relay aircraft status prior, during and after flying missions utilizing UHF and FM radios.
  • Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Site Manager.


About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Six (6) years’ previous experience in Squadron Resource Management.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
