This is a leadership position with a multi-salon Owner in Fantastic Sams.

Job Summary:

To provide leadership to Fantastic Sams Salon Managers to support them in leading their salons successfully & confidently. Recruiting is a key component of this position.

• Oversee & Coach Salon Managers to Build a Supportive Team Culture.
• Support Salon Managers in All Staffing Matters.
• Coach Salon Managers to Exceed Fantastic Sams & Owner's Standards.
• Support Salon Managers to Achieve Salon Performance Goals.
• Support All Staff to Help Them Achieve Their Career Goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Salon Leadership Experience.
• Has Strong Communication Skills.
• Has Strong Organization Skills.
• Has Positive & Professional Attitude.
• Is a Self-Starter and Trustworthy.
• Is Social Media Savvy.
• Has a Current MN Cosmetology License.
• Has Reliable Transportation for Travel to Multiple Locations.
