As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in sales administration, marketing coordination, and social media delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales administration.
  • Maintain all electronic and hard copy sales files and contract documents.
  • Assist with execution of all marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report results relating to the marketing strategies.
  • Assist in planning and execution of community events.
  • Manage company social media channels and create content.
  • Customer relations management database maintenance and administration.
  • Optimize SEO ad PPC.

Qualifications

  • Brand development and management.
  • Innovative marketing strategies, CRM usage, web marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Professional & effective communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills – Office365, Microsoft, database, etc.
  • Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Quick learner, professional, and courteous.

Salary: $60k - $70k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
