As a Wellness & Sales Coordinator, essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members & guests, including…
- Membership, retail, gift card & enhancement sales
- Answering phone calls & setting appointments
- Checking members & guests in/out of appointments
- Greeting members & guests upon arrival
- Promoting the Wellness Program
- Re-engaging inactive members
- Keeping management notified of member concerns & following manager’s policies, procedures & direction
- Accepting constructive criticism & sales coaching in a positive manner & using it as a learning tool
- Staying updated on retail products & promotions
- Recognizing and supporting team goals & maintaining positive relationships with team members
What it Takes to Succeed & General Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Possess basic math & cash handling experience
- Have strong phone & computer skills
- Have previous sales experience
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be able to prioritize & perform multiple tasks
- Work cohesively with others in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Possess general knowledge of massage & esthetic services
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Sales associates are required to meet and maintain a minimum of 20% sales closing
