We are seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with customers and has an energetic and positive attitude. The ideal service advisor would be responsible for service sales and gross profit; responsible for greeting customers and listening to their concerns; following up with technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed and sell any additional repair or maintenance work that needs to be done on the vehicle. Being able to talk to our customers is extremely important. A service advisor is a huge part of our business and plays a key part in ensuring repeat customers and customer satisfaction.

What will you be responsible for?
- Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Communicating with customers on their maintenance and repair needs
- Calls Customers to to keep them informed with all of the updated on their vehicle
- Give all customers fair estimates on costs and time required for their repair and maintenance
- Properly pricing repairs & maintence that are vehicle specific
- Obtain complete and accurate customer and vehicle data
- Maintains a neat, clean work area and appearance
- Calls and provides warranty companies with estimates on parts, labor, and repairs needed for approval
- Consults with mechanics on necessary repairs
- Process payments and complete accompanying paperwork
Experience:
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- The ability to price repair jobs accurately by looking up parts and labor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
- Valid drivers license
What are our work hours?
Regular work hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
