Our firm is looking for a driven, high energy individual to join our team as a Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing monthly sales and working with a team to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This position will require the ability to have multi-faceted conversations with business professionals and potential prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective working relationships with key players in the firm.
• Create a positive first impression with potential clients.
• Build a network of resources to support ongoing sales efforts.
• Gather information about client needs and wants.
• Develop a compelling sales pitch that targets the needs and wants of clients.
• Present information in a compelling manner.
• Have strong public speaking skills.
