Essential Job Functions:

• Handle inbound catalog sales calls
• Meet/Exceed department sales goals and objectives
• Resolve customer inquiries/issues via in-bound calls
• Provide customer solutions within the parameters of defined business rules and standard operational procedures
• Participation in product sales training
• Interface with teammates, team lead and department managers as needed to handle customer inquiries, complaints or to report deficiencies and/or issues
• Convert customer product inquiries to sales through product support and follow-up

Essential Job Skills:

• High School Diploma is required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of MS Office

This position is 100% Commission.
