Route Driver

Job opportunity for and individual who enjoys windshield time, several hours a day, during all seasons. Responsible for traveling through the tri-state region of PA, OH and WV collecting and delivering client samples for R.L. Laughlin’s hydrocarbon lab. Position is based out of our St. Clairsville, OH office.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from sites to deliver and pick up samples
• Maintain company vehicle, both cleanliness and routine maintenance
• Ability to follow instruction and work independently
• Work at a steady pace to complete required routes within allotted time
• Maintain work flow with a high volume and quick pace environment
• Sustain communication between clients, coworkers and management
• Meet requirements of the clients

Opportunity for advancement within company leading into Lab Technician position.

Cross training available learning how to run samples.

Willingness to learn any and all positions.

Need to be organized, thorough, and able to follow instructions.

Need to be adaptable. Attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to work
• Previous industry experience preferred, but not required

Hours:

Mondays – Fridays 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
