Job description- The Meadows Psychiatric Center is located in Centre Hall, PA & is 117-bed facility providing care for children, adolescents, adults & older adults. They are also a free st&ing Psych Hospital with all paper charting. RN's are responsible for admissions, D/C's, treatment plans & medications.

- 2 Years of Psych experience required
