Responsible for clinical and personnel management in addition to being clinically proficient in-patient care. Also responsible for efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources.

RN/Nurse Manager
Supervises:
Clinical Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Patient Care Assistant, and Unit Secretary
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Required Experience:
Two (2) to five (5) years experience as a Registered Nurse
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current license to practice as an RN in Florida.
- Behavioral Criteria: Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.
