As a HOST with Ridgetop Cabins one has primary responsibility for working with a team to carry-out all activities associated with executing on our “absurd cleanliness” mission —cleaning responsibilities are focused on 6 cabins along with public areas and common facilities. We are looking for 3 fulltime coworkers, but are willing to consider part time positions if someone is the right fit!

In addition, Ridgetop Cabin Hosts as primary responsibility for a very diverse set of guest- service activities focused on extending soulful hospitality to an equally diverse make-up of guests on a Denali Summit Flight or Arctic Circle Air Adventure from Denali – the Host is empowered with the extremely important responsibility of ensuring that each departing guest has expectations for their travel experience set at a level that can be met and exceeded by both the guide and the experience.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Check-In overnight lodging guests.

· Clean Sun Porch and grill public area and shared bathroom areas of coworker housing.

· Develop daily guest service logistics plan.

· Communicate with pilot and others on logistics associated with each departure/ arrival.

· Operate 15-passenger van to shuttle guests to/from terminal as required.

· Soulfully greet each departing/arriving guest upon his/her arrival at terminal.

· Deliver a pre-experience expectations orientation for each departing group of guests.

· Perform cleaning-related activities at the terminal.

· Perform daily outdoor watering of plants and as needed lawn clean-up.

· Soulfully greet walk-in guests and appropriately respond to their needs.

· Execute retail-related activities as required.

· Assist with ramp-related activities as required.

· Assist with other tasks or activities as required.

Housing can be PROVIDED in Healy, Alaska as part of the compensation package.
