Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to announce that we recently transitioned the anesthesia program at Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center. In conjunction with Riverside, we have established an aggressive compensation and recruitment structure for providers to make the drive to Kankakee. Riverside possesses a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Compensation
:
- Per FTE Dayshift: $300/hr with 8-hour minimum
- Call Weekday: $2,000 daily
- Weekend Call: $3,000 for Friday, $4,500 for Saturday, $3,500 for Sunday
- Travel: Housing +$150 per diem +$.56 per mile + airfare
