5 year(s) in a Business related or Health Care Administration field. An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may also be considered.

Demonstrates an extensive-level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs by:
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel and Word applications;
- Demonstrating written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrating proficiency in time management skills - i.e. Ability to work on assignments of varying difficulty and complexity, while exercising independent judgment;
- Establishing and maintaining robust working relationships;
- Advising others and holding stakeholders accountable for decisions that impact the entire business;
- Evaluating and solving problems;
- Utilizing previous experience in a revenue cycle admin and/or finance roles with applicable responsibilities; and,
- Demonstrating general knowledge of medical collections, billing, claims, and other healthcare terminology.
