Goodness for Pets is an independently owned and operated business supported by a team of knowledgeable pet nutritionists and customer service experts. We began in 2004, inspired by our love of animals and are dedicated to offering holistic solutions to improve the health and happiness of pets.

We are seeking experienced pet industry candidates with retail history and management experience. Join our team and you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of retail: selling, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, buying, product research, social media, vendor management and more. There is flexibility in the number of hours/days worked but once finalized, it becomes a fixed schedule. No every changing work schedule here!

Key Responsibilites:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a genuine, friendly and informative in-store experience.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of current inventory and all new products.
• Maintain a clean and organized store through cleaning, stocking and merchandising.
• Participate in product ordering and receiving.
• Conduct product research.
• Handle customer service related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further.
• Complete transaction at POS.

You must have:

• A passion for pets.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of team.
• Previous retail experience.
• Energy and enthusiasm.
• Integrity.
• Ability to move merchandise up to 50lbs.
• Communication and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
