Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown, located close to I-75 and one mile from Georgetown Community Hospital, has recently grown from a 50-bed skilled nursing facility to a 65-bed facility, with the addition of our new 15-bed Signature Villa Transitional rehab unit, where personal service is a way of life. Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

We are currently recruiting a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program. Powered by Signature Rehab! Come join the Rehab team and be a part of a new restorative program!

Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse. Also, assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.

Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

Requirements for consideration include:

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

This is a part time positions, prefer 3 days a week. Could be full time as a split position between Georgetown and Mayfair Manor.
