Our company is seeking an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced and growing restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience leading a team in either Kitchen or Front of House, and manage the day-to-day restaurant operations. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and has a passion for providing excellent dining experiences for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall performance of the restaurant. Communicate with ownership regularly about restaurant performance, including identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the hiring and training of new staff.
• Arrange for restocking of beer and food items.
• Monitor the upkeep of the personal property, equipment, and facilities and make appropriate plans for repairs and improvements.
• Maintain current licenses. (Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe certification. Must have or be willing to obtain alcohol serving permit.)
• Handle customer complaints.
• Negotiate accounts payable.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
