Restaurant Manager

Oversees the dining operations in the Bistro, Aqua Terrace, Garden Bar, and Room Service. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all staff promote gracious and guest focused service in these outlets. In conjunction with the Director of Food and Beverage, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for the training, coaching, and counseling of the restaurant service employees (to include service staff, bartenders, hosts, bussers and event staff) to ensure work performance is up to the Mirbeau Inn & Spa's standard of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness.
