Solar Sales Representative

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a sales representative. Sales representatives educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions, close sales, and collaborate with our rapidly growing sales and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Build and Lead sales strategy.
• Work with Marketing and Customer Success in Sales-marketing strategies.
• Identify and connect with potential customers.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and close Sales Qualified Leads.
• Manage key accounts.
• Identify market opportunities.
• Do benchmark to update our sales value proposition.

Qualifications

• One year of successful sales experience, solar sales preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and character
• Understanding of solar industry and marketplace, including solar site evaluations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Office computer skills
• Super achiever/ track record of important sales conquers.
• Highly ambitious, business and entrepreneur mindset.
• Full of energy and drive, fast-moving, makes things happen.
• Risk-taker, optimist, resilient.
• Team player and a solid negotiator.

Compensation

• Base salary
• Uncapped commission
