Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar engineering degree is preferred but not required.
• MUST HAVE at least five years of construction experience for a proven and solid understanding of construction and procedures in general and project planning and management.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Budgeting/forecasting experience and general accounting knowledge are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to clients' or co-workers’ issues both verbally and in writing.
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Proficient in English, Ukrainian, and/or Polish. Preferably all 3. This is very important.
• Good Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox
• Must be able to work on a small team and on your own.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
