We are looking to fill 1 part time Position. Mainly the position is for weekends 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays and Sundays. May be able to pick up some extra hours mid week as well. Need someone who can open and close and able to work alone.

We would be willing to add additional hours if you capable of helping with social media postings & marketing our business.

We are looking for an energetic person with fresh ideas to increase shuttle ridership and charter bus sales. This position will start at $15 per hour.

Type of work.

We are the AV's only scheduled airport shuttle & charter bus service.

We provide charter buses for groups clubs & organizations. Local and private schools count on us to transport students for after school programs and proms, grad nights. We support the City of Lancaster, Palmdale, and the Aero Space Companies as well as the team bus of the Lancaster Jethawks for many years.

Daily Duties: Most of our LAX shuttle passengers will make reservations on line from our web site, or they call in or some come into the office. You would schedule their reservations based on the shuttle trip that best fits their fight times. Job duties include scheduling vehicles based on the number of passengers, dealing with customers, charging payments, answering customer and drivers questions, driver dispatch, drivers log books, and other office duties and office cleaning duties.

Office personal will open or close the office depending on the shift. Weekend personal will work alone, however drivers and customers will be coming and going throughout the day so you are not truly alone.

The qualifications needed: You must have good communication & customer service skills face to face and over the phone. Must keep a professional appearance. Must be able balance more than 1 call at a time. Must be able to multitask and use common sense and pay attention to details such as dates, time of trip or flight, pickup locations, computer entry, ever changing passenger counts and assigned vehicles or last minute charter trips. Must have your own transportation.

This is for a Part Time Position mainly for weekends, we operate everyday of the year except for Christmas Day.'
